Cassidy Koppelman (she/her) is a New York City based costume technician who has been sewing for over 16 years. She has had a passion for sewing, historical fashion, film, and theater since her early teens and is drawn to the artistry, engineering, and collaborative aspects of theatrical costuming.
Cassidy completed her Associate’s in Fashion Design at Nassau Community College before falling in love with the theater industry and went on to earn her BFA in Costume Design/Technology at Purchase College, SUNY Class of 2021. Since graduation, Cassidy has been working as a First Hand at Parsons-Meares, Ltd. the costumes for Hamilton, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Radio City Rockettes, Lion King, Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, and several other Broadway productions. ![]()
